Ask ChatGPT or Claude about real estate, renovation and construction in Kazakhstan — the answer comes as a Nurly Tau card with nurlytau.kz data, a date on every figure and a button to send a request on the site.

Nurly Tau connects to AI assistants as an MCP server at https://nurlytau.kz/mcp. It returns catalog listings, business centers, housing prices from the Bureau of National Statistics, renovation and construction price guides and the “buy, sell, rent, rent out” request. No sign-in, key or registration is needed.

Claude

The listing in the Claude connector directory is under review. Until it is published, Nurly Tau is added manually in about a minute.

Open Claude → Settings → Connectors.
Choose “Add custom connector”: name — Nurly Tau, URL — https://nurlytau.kz/mcp. No authentication is needed.
In a new chat, turn Nurly Tau on in the connector list and start the question with “Nurly Tau, …” — for example, “Nurly Tau, how much does a full renovation of a 60 m² apartment in Almaty cost?”. Without the name Claude may answer from web search.

ChatGPT

The app is being prepared for the ChatGPT app directory. Until then it is connected in developer mode, if your ChatGPT has it.

Open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on developer mode.
Choose “Create”: name — Nurly Tau, URL — https://nurlytau.kz/mcp, no authentication.
In a chat, start the question with “Nurly Tau, …” — for example, “Nurly Tau, I want to sell my 62 m² apartment in Astana”.

The server is open to any MCP client with the Streamable HTTP transport.

What it can do

The assistant picks the function from the question. The answer comes as text for the model and as a card for the person; each function has a sample question.

Buy, sell, rent, rent out — Any property — apartment, house, office, retail space, warehouse, land plot — in any city of Kazakhstan. The card shows who handles the request in that city, the apartment price guide from the Bureau of National Statistics and a button to the form on nurlytau.kz with the answers already filled in. Catalog listings — Up to six listings from the Nurly Tau catalog — mostly commercial real estate in Almaty: deal type, area, price in tenge and a link to the listing page. If nothing fits the stated budget, the card shows the nearest by price and says so. For example: «Offices for sale in Almaty»
Business centers and coworkings — Business centers and coworkings in Almaty and Astana: class, district, floors, rentable area and the rent rate with the date it was measured. For example: «Class A business centers in Astana and their rates»
Building facts — One building by the address of its page on nurlytau.kz: address, class, floors, year built, area and the rent rate with its date. For example: «Tell me about the Nurly Tau business center in Almaty»
Housing prices from the Bureau — Prices of 1–3-room apartments in 20 cities of Kazakhstan from the Bureau of National Statistics: new builds, resale and rent per m², the latest month and the change over a year. For example: «Apartment prices in Almaty» Apartment prices in Astana
Renovation and construction price guide — Renovation of an apartment, a new-build apartment, a bathroom, an office, a shop or a cafe, separate works, construction of a house, a warehouse or an outbuilding — by the same model and rates as the calculators on nurlytau.kz, in 18 cities and for “another city”. It is a guide, not a quote: the exact price comes from the contractor after measuring. For example: «How much does it cost to build a heated warehouse of 1000 m² in Astana?»

The card in the chat

City, work class, area, deal type and filters can be changed right in the card — the same server recalculates it.
Labels follow the language of the question: Russian, English, Kazakh or Chinese.
Every figure has a date: renovation rates — the date they were checked, Bureau prices — the month, listings — the date of the answer.
Buttons lead to nurlytau.kz: to the calculator with the same estimate or to the request form with the answers filled in.

How to send a request

The person sends the request themselves — with the form on nurlytau.kz: name, phone and a consent checkbox for personal data processing. The app does not take phone numbers in the chat.
Real estate in Almaty is handled by Nurly Tau agents; in other cities — by a partner realtor of that city, or by a Nurly Tau employee until there is one. A renovation or construction request from a calculator goes to partner companies of the city, no more than 3.
The agent explains the terms and fee in the first call, before any work starts.

Data and privacy

Read-only: the functions change nothing on the site and create no requests.
The server neither accepts nor returns personal data. Answers contain no contacts of owners, agents or partners — contact goes through Nurly Tau only.
The request log holds the function name, its parameters (strings masked for contacts and cut to 60 characters) and an anonymized fingerprint of the address. The server never receives the conversation text.
The question and the answer are processed by the assistant itself, under the rules of OpenAI or Anthropic. How Nurly Tau handles data on the site is in the privacy policy.

Good to know

A renovation or construction estimate is a guide, not a quote: the exact price comes from the contractor after measuring.
Bureau prices are asking prices of 1–3-room apartments across the city, not the price of a particular apartment.
The listing catalog is mostly commercial real estate in Almaty; it has no housing listings in other cities.
The assistant decides itself whether to call Nurly Tau. The most reliable way is to start the question with “Nurly Tau, …” — then the assistant calls it right away.

Do I need an account on nurlytau.kz?

No. The server is open: no sign-in, key or registration. You only need an account in ChatGPT or Claude itself.

Where do the renovation and construction prices come from?

From the Nurly Tau price model: rates are checked against the published price lists of companies in the city, and the check date is in every answer. The calculators on the site use the same model, so the sum in the chat and on the site is the same.

Why did the assistant answer without a card or from the web?

The assistant decides which tool to call and without the name may go to web search. Check that Nurly Tau is turned on in this chat and start the question with “Nurly Tau, …”.

What language is the answer in?

In the language of the question. The card supports Russian, English, Kazakh and Chinese; the request form on the site opens in the same language when it is English, Kazakh or Chinese.
